Hi, i am new to this business and want to open a site, are there any ready templates that i can buy? (like monster templates etc...)

i tried to find one without any success

What do you want the template to do, exactly? Do you have your own site yet? Your own domain? Hosting?

Also have you picked a good niche yet? The niche could to some degree affect what type of site you build.

Have you thought about using Wordpress? It's free and there are a ton of great free themes.

Are you familiar with a template for purchase?

I have hosting, looking after a great domain name. I am in the process of hiring a programmer. would like to give a ready template to modify and to program from scratch
