I think it is a mathematical quandary.
There is no answer to this sort question without a known set of facts or assumptions in pro forma --in this case possible:
factors or assumptions needed:
- Ad CPC expense (ad bidding rates)
- Estimates of conversion rates (a conversion model)
- The CPA Pay-out (successful referral)

Could be 100 net conversions --Again these are very high CTR and conversion estimates.

Well, your original post here says you need help, but instead now you are asking about angles.
Have you selected a survey?
Have you established a budget?
Have you acquired a VPS or dedicated server?
Have you acquired a tracker?
Have you subscribed to an intelligence platform?
There are many more preparations needed, but this will tell us at what stage your preparations are now.
oh okay l haven't acquired any of these. But l have a selected a survey and l have established my budget.
