Did you try Admobispy? It spy tool for mobile, popup, myTarget and Google Ads

Not sure whether it is a relevant point or not. But, for conducting some basic researches or looking at ads from some particular competitor you may also take a look onto Facebook Ads Library - Ad Library.

As I've mentioned - it is waaay more basic than previously listed resources - but that's free and official. Who knows, maybe it will work for you.
