Can anyone recommend a decent company/individual who i can pay to build good quality backlinks, ive had a look around and theres so much choice i wouldnt know who to go with, so i figure word of mouth may be the best way to do things.

There are so many. Angela Edwards keeps popping up on forums I visit though since they say it is cheap. A lot of people give her bad reviews though and just says she spams forums and blogs only and stuff.
