Should I create a second Facebook account or not?

I hear it's against the TOS to have a second account, but I also heard a lady in a video recommend that I create a second account in case I lose that second account but still have the regular account.

Have you read their TOS? It clear about having more than one personal account as a violation.

Maybe you are planning to market in a way that violates their TOS? If so, good luck, that ship has sailed and is not a good path.

You can have an ad account with them and this should not interfere with your personal account.

I do believe that'd actually go against their ToS.
