Hi all :)

First of all, glad to be a part of this community and seeing all those people trying (and becoming) successful online! it's very motivating, and i hope this journey will be as motivating for you as it is for me :)

---

So what am i doing? I have been working since April this year with 2 developers en 1 IT manager on building a fully CMS which works along with my wordpress tube site. The CMS isnt only a CMS... because then i would have enough on just Wordpress alone :)

No, our CMS (Content-management-system) is not only that, it also does automatic A/B testing (buttons/colors/positions etc.) and ad monetizing for our website, to make sure we are getting the highest eCPM/CPM & CPA pay-outs! Sure we can do al by hand but this will cost a lot of time, and time is money :)

Btw to make sure our A/B testing is successful we setup our own heatmap checking (for the buttons etc.) + we bought a license at MaxMind for the database so we know for example New York likes model (quality girls) in videos more (based on device/os/browser/city/country etc.) than someone in Jackson (Mississippi) likes amateur movies more...

When we were done with setting up our own CMS for our own Tubes we started with the tube. We bought a theme at WP-Script and ofcourse the plugins and all the others things we needed! And we modified everything on it... We looked at other tubes (the big ones) and written down all the positive things of the tubes and combined them in our tube. The better the UX (User experience) & UI (User interface) the longer the user stays (more pageviews) & returns back, and the more money will be made of that user.

Now we have added 1 popunder (1:24) and some banners for desktop and mobile (sure we could have waited until the website actually started running, but we just decided not to do that. Why? we don't have really a reason for it, we just did it)

After doing all the lay-out stuff and design, we started on the SEO stuff (please be aware all this time developing the site we pute robots.txt to no-follow/no-index, so we wouldn't be indexed with a unfinished site in the search engines.

during this time we also started setting up a Reddit account and start growing this account (karma and followers farming :D ) we placed high quality images in the correct adult subreddits and within 1 month we have the following stats:
reddit.png

Not bad, and it was fun doing it! Of Course some subreddit manager are pure a*holes.. because even when publishing pictures that get upvoted 7000 TIMES!! they still ban you because perhaps the boobie was to big in the /TinyT!ts subreddit -.-'' (but hey! no problem, many subreddits left)

So now back to the SEO stuff, we encountered ofcourse the unique text/content issue... Search engines want unique content! As we dont expect the search engines scanning the video's but only the text content, we decided to build a title rewriter... yeah... some people hate it, and some love it :)

So we decided to just try it out and see what the consequence will be in time (if the search engines ever find out)
rewriter2.png

As you see, we just fill in many synonyms and auto-rewrite every video we import.
Of Course some words we just cannot rewrite and we just have to deal with it... But hey, all this is just a try-out and we will see how it goes :) So far indexing at Google/Bing/Yandex is going awesome :)

Also we let a company in California check our website SEO before launching it to the search engines, so we would have been sure of high quality SEO set-up :)

So beside Reddit traffic and search engine traffic, how will we promote our website more? Well we have decided to buy about 500K Tier 1 desktop/mobile traffic and send in straight towards our website.

On the website we also added many buttons like 'Live cams' , so when people click on that they will stay on the site but we build many cams we pre-videos which auto play when the user goes over the thumbnail, when the visitor actually clicks on the thumbnail/video they will go towards the cam model/site and if they signup and start paying, we get a high revshare.

Also we have some buttons called 'MEET & FUCK' which are connected with a smartlink dating product from crakrevenue.

Also when the visitor is being send towards our website, and clicks back
clickback.png

he will be shown the smartlink of crakrevenue. This way we tried to get every opportunity regarding making money out of the flow.

The results so far:
We have started to index the website at the search engines 7 days (1 week) ago, so far we got about 5 clicks from Bing and 7 from Google towards our site. average session time is about 4 minutes (not to bad :) )

Also we made already $7.28 at crakrevenue. And by posting 2/3 posts on our profile at Reddit with a video towards our website we get about 200 visitors a day, mainly from USA/DE/FR (Also very nice)

The amount of users returning is also starting to increase by the day.

We have added multiple adnetworks to our site so far, like: Trafficstars/Popads/Popcash/Ero-Advertising/Traffichaus but we also want to add Exoclick/Hilltopads/Trafficshop, but we are waiting to submit our site to their networks as they maybe decline our site right away because we don't have alexa stats...

Next steps:
Atm we are integrating our own VAST solution (Video advertisement) and when that is ready we are going to start buying the traffic for our website, and start building on returning visitors. During that time we also want to set-up a big gallery with great amateur content.

Also we want to increase linkpartners with do-follow links :)
(So if your interested in that, let me know)

Btw i dont have a specific niche for the website, some people recommend going for 1 niche because their are already a lot of general tubes out there... but there are also a huge amount of BAD general tubes out there, and so far checking the webmaster stats at Bing and Google is going pretty good for us :)

Thanks for reading! Hopefully soon i can add more to this journey on how things are going, i will keep you guy's/girls updated!

PS: I'm not selling anything here ;) just want to share my story, and sorry for some grammar mistakes i perhaps made... i'm from the Netherlands, so english isn't my native language. :D

And you also might wonder why i didn't post the link to the tube here, that's because i don't want Google to see my site here haha

Have you tried adent.io?,it's basically a full-fledged Pornhub site with a built-in CMS. We launched one and it was getting members by sending pop traffic to it. Earnings were weak though. The goal of adult tube sites is to build a brand then offer a premium membership for exclusive content. The product we used in particular was *removed by mod*

It's not my product,

I was simply helping you and making a suggestion, no need to be rude. So next time make sure to read thoroughly.

If you sell the rights to view copyrighted content, without owning that content or buying the licensing rights to that content, if the US Federal Courts *(see long arm jurisdiction of foreign nationals and entities)get juristiction of you, or your assets (in rem) servers, bank accounts ...
Not sure why you placed this here..

Oké just didnt see the logic in it after i just told you in the journey we have been working since april on our own system :p wouldn't be reasonable to just leave al that work behind and buy something made by somebody else :p But thanks anyway for the tip.

I don't understand why post something then criticize everything someone says on the forum..... foolish but nice work regardless.

Not sure why you placed this here..
If you are hosting content you are legally liable for its copyright. If you are creating a tube scraping website (utilizing content that you do not host) for practical purposes you won't be held accountable.

You said "build our own?" Do you plan sell memberships

Rouge uploaders?? :D

If you are going to be selling unlicensed content: Lawyer up.

Ignorance of the law is not a affirmative defense. I am just pointing it out. Ignore it at your own peril -- you might get away with it, then you might not.

See the way I see it is your doing a good thing, being rude about what you are saying that could help him is a plain case of stupidity.

Sorry, i think porno tubes are little better that traffic thieves. I see no need to coddle them.
Tubes stole copyright content, then captured traffic giving away stolen goods. They have cannibalized the adult industry. They have no end game other that to manipulate what would be traffic for content creators.

Eventually, Porn tube will have no content to steal anymore so it is a lose-lose game.
If you think this is stupid -- fuck off

well said @Graybeard agreed

LMAO I thout we were in disagreement :D o_O
OK you can see my point ...

Before this whole tube mess started I made as much as $3,000 a week as an affiliate selling webcams c. 2006
It has been downhill ever since -- the webcam sites I sold for started undercutting their own affiliates massively placing pop ups on the major tube site then stuffing cookies to exclude their own affiliates.

Livejasmin, now known as Jasmin was one of the worst offenders of this practice.

HA!!! no I was agreeing with you from the start lol

start a new thread if you want -- I promise I won't interfere.
You should be thanking me really for advising you (most rudely) not to waste you and your peoples talents on building a tube fantasy network ...
I wonder how you know how we are working, oh wait you don't :) I never told you how we place the content on our website or how we get our hands on the content, those are all incorrect assumptions your making... Maybe you first should have asked me how we get our hands on it, and if we even sell the videos or not :S

I don't mind receiving good feedback, but your feedback is actually based on nothing that i called in this topic, i guess it's based on your own experience or from other people who tried this.

Maybe i should have called out, that with my team we got over 10+ years in experience in these fields

No response it would just be a waste of time -- something you will come to understand one day. Remember that Kim dot com :D Same shit new day.
You replies don't make any sense at all haha, but yeah please stop wasting your time :D

The traffic tubes sell is the lowest quality to convert to a sale.

I can remember that, I was in the business for a while before the tubes. The first I ever noticed was Megarotic circa 2006 - I'm not sure if they were the first tube to give away full pirated scenes (as the bandwith prices dropped), but given their owner's appetite for anything illegal, it may as well be the case.

Jasmin's 14 days cookie and popping every tube in the world to overwrite the cookies has been their Trademark, still all it took was to promise up to $ 250 PPS or something and they had a never ending supply of affiliate traffic as well. I don't know if the 14 days cookie is the case still, but it probably is.

From what I see the big names in cams are now mostly catering to big tubes, trying to capture a black-label or white-label spot there, often pre-paying for it.

Okay guys, I know you're trying to help @Giggity but this has gotten off-track and does not support his efforts.

I've suggested a fresh start in a new journey thread and am closing this one.
