Ready to get started... the question is how?

Hi Guys,

So, I read the through the Wiki guides front to back 3-5 times and I'm working on the checklist to launch a campaign.

So far, I've:
Joined 2 Networks (AdCombo, Mobidea)
Contacted my Affiliate Managers
Picked a vertical and a traffic source
Setup Hosting

I have no idea how to put the rest together. How do I setup the campaign, tracking, split test, where do I find images, could anyone offer some help? I'm all over the place searching the forum & YouTube, but I keep getting lost and overwhelmed.
