I see a lot of accounts posting model photos as an answer that has nothing to do with the photo, and they profile has a link to some dumb find a girl near you website, I found an account with over 100k views in less than 1 month. Does this work ? I couldn't get to know which website they are promoting or getting their link from.

There are many ways some of these adult platforms use to lure in a new user. I don't know it to be a preferred method or successful practice.

Spam posts get deleted fast usually. Eventually, they will ban your IP and you will need to find a VPN/Proxy IP they haven't banned already.

Smash and grab operation that is very time consuming (if you value your time).

Well i think it can work if you get a lot of views to your answers but you need to be in the right niche for dating ,seduction etc
Because you can use cooking niche as an example and its targeted by women ,so women will not go to check the profile of a woman
