Quick Question About Offer Restrictions

Hi guys, I want to promote a cpa offer via email. The offer says it has the following restrictions:

No incent
No adult
No direct linking

What is direct linking? I always thought it meant don't link directly from a Google ad or Microsoft ad to the offer. Am I correct?

The cpa network I'm working with has other offers that say "no email traffic" but the offer I'm looking to promote doesn't say that.

Thanks

What is direct linking?
Direct linking is sending the visitor directly to the offer via your ad, without using a Landing Page..
Perso, I hadn't much luck with it, compared with using an LP and a tracker, But.. it really depends on the offer, if it needs explanation, then sending the visitor directly to the offer page won't be a good idea ..

You mentioned ad, what about an email?
That's spam direct linking lolz

use a middleman redirect script on your server --the last referrer will show as that script if you use a JavaScript redirect.
I haven't tested a simple HTML meta-refresh

That might get you banned from that network though :D

Thanks for the response.

I have a video game newsletter with double opt-in subscribers.

If the offer says "no direct linking" but doesn't say "no email traffic" am I ok to post the affiliate link in a newsletter? Or should I check with my AM?

I don't want my AM to think I'm a noob.
