Question on Cashing Out Payments to Player Account

Hello, rookie question:

I received my first affiliate payment via player account (Intertops) today. My other affiliate payments have been via bitcoin (Betting Partners mainly).

I assumed you could then just cash out from your player account, but it shows as all the withdraw methods are unavailable. I emailed the affiliate support, but haven't heard back.

I would think there's no rollover requirement, and I'm guessing no payout methods are available because I haven't deposited before with Intertops...? Just a guess. I looked at the overview terms and conditions but didn't see anything in there either to help me.

Isn't a big deal and isn't a huge amount of money (but not pennies, is roughly $100 CAD) , but going forward if it turns out it is some weird thing where you do have to roll it over etc. I'd probably not bother with them and focus on other casinos.

Just an update, they did email me back a day later and said there is no roll over requirement, and to just send them an email with my payout request and they can push it through. A little weird since the funds are sitting in my regular Intertops account, but fair enough. I'll give it a try.
