Question on Cashing Out Payments to Player Account

Hello, rookie question: I received my first affiliate payment via player account (Intertops) today. My other affiliate payments have been via bitcoin (Betting Partners mainly). I assumed you could then just cash out from your player account, but it shows as all the withdraw methods are...
