As far as i know 'Content is King' so if you go with any site contain unique content you'll get benefir for sure.

Okay , lets say you have a blog about football. I am sure you cannot make that much from such a website because there are certain limits , its not such a popular domain ( just online...because as a sport football is very popular ) ... would you invest your time and money into a football site ?

Why not darkstar. Lets say if you add good content (information) to your blog about football and promote it through certain keywords then you'll definately getting good traffic (Traffic gets you money)

okay, I understand that. But, in which kind of site would you invest. From where would it be easier to get money , which kind of site would not require many investition ?
