Problems in My Theme

Hi

I am using Hueman theme while i'm trying to build my new website.

here: my site -

I experience some problems

and would be happy to get some help:

1. problem in mobile: In mobile the left widget is shown first although i
i need right to left (rtl) design where the right widget will be seen
first

2. I can't hide the sub menus at the right side menu widget
i need that these 2 submenus will be visible only when the mouse is on
their father object

Second, I don't know that theme and I don't create RTL sites. Your best bet would be to contact the developer of that theme or post in the WordPress support forums.
