PRLog - Still a Content Farm?

Just wondering if you guys know if PRLog is still on Google's list as a "content farm". I know it was when Panda first came out - but not sure now.

It was? Really good question. I'm getting ready to do a Press Release for a Dentist and am trying to decide on the best PR service to use.

I'm leaning toward 24-7PressRelease.com due to their distribution network, but didn't think to check if they were hit by Panda.
