I have Been looking inward and see how to grab opportunities around me or rather how to turn simile problems around me to an opportunity.

I live in a country where internet subscription is still a bit on the high side, and in some time past some Android VPN like Psiphone, Netify, Simple Server has come in handy.

Intact at a point I tried look for some of these VPN to partner with with exclusive service in my region, but many aren't forthcoming.

But that aside, back to my above request, is there any CPI network/or solo firm that are into Android VPN targeting 3-4 tire geo (or not even targeting) please, let me know ASAP.

CPA networks are easily suspect your IP, and if you are using VPN, they are detected very quickly and this is high chance to lose your account too. As internet restricted by your gov, so it's against the law to use the internet from VPN.
