Well, I don't want to be rude mate but you have been creating a lot of one-liners threads on here (most of which are one google search away) and expecting something magical to happen which brings loads of money without actually taking some solid actions. That's not really how its gonna work.
That being said, it's not advisable to get started with pay per call, stick with verticals that require less testing, knowledge, budget, and experience like pops, redirects, native, banner cpc for traffic sources and sweepstakes, dating, mobile installs etc as your verticals. That's my personal suggestion to you, others' opinions might differ.
