Ogads help for display

(sorry for bad english) Hi, im new in Ogads and the AM never reply.. I have question, maybe you can anwser me.

I want display the offer one by one (for incentive offer) like : Want to win Iphone X ? => Display Iphone X ads.
But, with the content locker i can't choose whats ads display. i no want list of 80 Item cpa/cpi. I just want ONE..
