Newbie and needs help

Im a neophyte in the Affiliate Marketing business. I am very honest in telling everyone that I still have limited knowledge and ideas on how he whole industry works.

Your comments and suggestions on how I can become more effective and efficient marketing manager would be very much appreciated.

You mentioned 2 things in your post, an affiliate marketing and an affiliate marketing manager? Which one were you referring to.

Your answer will give me a better idea of where you are at.

He can't answer, he was banned.
He got banned from other forums too for similar stuff that he did here.
