Welcome to AffiliateFix! Like TJ said, It would be easier to get started by joining CPA affiliate networks to promote easy to convert offers. Those networks you mentioned I believe run mostly CPS offers. That would be harder to convert in many cases unless you know exactly what you are doing.

I think it is based on the kind of promotion you do and the amount of time you want to wait before seeing return on your investiments.
I'll explain better:

I suggest to concentrate on only 1 kind of offer to better learn the process of promoting and making content and what's working best for it.
For example I'm currently concentrated on promoting only one recurring offer with different traffic sources at the moment and it's going well.
