Have you been reading and deciding on what niche, what offers, and what kind of traffic you will start with?

Have you put together the tools you require? You know, stuff like a server, a tracker, have you joined any networks, have you decided on your budget?

You did not answer the questions. Without questions, there are no answers. I asked you very specific questions about some very specific needs you will have if you want to be a marketer.
