I’ve had the best results with native ads and in-page push, especially for Tier 1–2 GEOs.
Popunders still bring in solid volume for lower-tier GEOs, but you’ve gotta watch quality closely.

Honestly, a mix usually works better than relying on just one format—it really comes down to the offer and targeting. I’ve been using a network that has all formats plus solid targeting for gambling/crypto niches, and that combo’s been working great for conversions.
