Need help to set up VPS server with Godaddy Domain

Can someone help me please in detail to set up VPS server with Godaddy Domain?

And which Opensource can I use to manage from pc?

you can easily point your domain using DNS setting option, just edit "A" record and put you VPS IP there then your domain will be pointed VPS.

If your VPS have any control panel installed like cPanel, Virtualmin, Plesk or any other then you have to add your domain in control panel.

If your VPS dont have any control panel then first you need to install it first or you can use LAMP, LEMP stak but I think a control panel will be good for you.

My VPS does not have any control panel installed.

If you don't have a control panel, these are two methods you can use to connect to your VPS.
