Mirror sites are a bad idea.
Warp Speed Hosting does not look like a good option at all.
Prices are way off compared to some of the top rated hosts out there.

These mirror sites are usually all around the world and people usually will select the one that is closest to them.
There are other good uses for mirror sites for specific uses. But generally speaking a person shouldn't have them is because most want to use them to try to rank better in search engines, and search engines know what is going on. They have hyperlinks from ever mirror site to every other mirror site. That is link farming. Google doesn't like it at all.
