Mini Journal - Adword method testing

Ahoi people,

Well from request, I'm going to make a mini journal about my hopelly not so quick journey into testing this method:

Actually, im going to shoot the first question straight away. How much score do your keywords give you? Because mine are all between 3 and 5 :/

Personally i would try get some higher keywords - sometimes if i struggle to find some good keywords i outsource it to oDesk and get a professional to find some for as little as $20 - well worth it in the long run.

Day 2.

I woke up on this:
Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account.

Nice stuff, my ads got disapproved twice for using the word FREE. I contacted them and they told me that I cannot use it, so I changed it and even before my ad was approved I got my account suspended lol.

What a nice start. Anyway, I contacted them, lets see what can I do to get my account back.

Loses: 0$

UPDATE EDIT: Sorry I edited, not sure which are the rules in this forum for double posting.
ok so update on day 2. I spoke with my google adwords account manager (yes, you do have one) and he told me to create another account. So we start again lol. Hopefully I wont get banned from this one. I will contact him before making the advert live.

Lesson to be learnt?: If your account get banned, create a new one lol.

Also, can somebody give me a hand on how to find good keywords for my ad? that would be highly appreciated. Thanks! xxbigixx is my skype.. ahoi!

It is very actually VERY important to go through the terms before you touch Google with a bargepole. Which means read the TOS 2-3 times so that you don't end up being banned. The word free has not been allowed by the big G for a long time.

Coming to think of it you must do it for anyone who provides a service.

Sooo.... is there a definite list of keywords that will get your account quickly banned? I know no lewd or porny words. "Free" is another one, apparently. I'm glad to learn about the "free" thing. MSN apparently doesn't care what you bid on. lol

I dont believe it has much to do with the keyword you choose. It has more to do with ad to LP relevance. Not to mention the factors that the LP must have which are privacy policies and so forth. Make sure the LP DOES NOT contain an exit pop as that will get your ads flagged. Like mentioned I would try this with display network but with images maybe? Also look to try this out with a few vouchers you can score 3 for $5 on fiverr ; )

Some people also say that "Be elegible to Win X product!" also works. I had one question: if my account gets banned, is my money taken or do they give me back? I would open a topic, but I think it isn't worth it...

You also have to make sure not to put anything in there to suggest to the people to click on your ad

I didn't know that, you can't use the word free in your ads? That's weird.
