Mexico advertising laws

Hello all.
Does anybody know if Mexico enforces advertising laws like in the US?
Being a T2 (or T3 according to some) country I don't think so, but just want to be sure. I will be sending push traffic to a survey lander. But not sure I need to include the disclaimers.

On September 1, 2021, Mexico's new Law on Transparency, Prevention, and Measures Against Advertising Contract Misconduct entered into force. this is just the beginning for them. It'll take a while for countries like them to catch up with Tier 1 regulations.
