Hi Guys and Girls!

As promised as i joined yesterday in my introduction post i'm going to start a follow along topic regarding my new business. This is not some topic as where you can see me buy traffic and do some A&B testing and making some bucks out of CPA/CPI offers...

No, instead i'm going to setup a large amount of premium (still free video's) adult (porn) websites! An trying to make traffic deals/trades for them. First i will be buying some traffic for the sites to get them up and running.

But first let me tell something about my experience, i'm Mark 29 years old from the Netherlands (hi fellow dutch people) for several years i have been doing mediabuying for several companies, i have done the mainstream and adult side for mobile offers (subscriptions etc) and i always got inspired by people who have a large amount of adult site's and the money they made with it! Of course i'm not only in it for the money (Which is a nice extra :) ) but i also enjoy the thrill of having good website's and setting up a good company and doing good business with people :)

I have atm 1 server engineer and 1 developer with both a large skill set who will help me setting this all up. I will create a checklist of things that need to be happen until the moment we are finally making our first bucks!

Current investment:
$80 (a month) dedicated server and also thought ahead for future website expanding.
$12 (a year) domain costs.
$178 (one-time) for Plugins at wordpress (video import etc)
$200 (a year) for multiple hard links at adult sites.

Update: 06-06-2018
Oke so thought it trough a bit more, and had a discussing with the developer of the best thing we can do, and we are planning to connect all the sites that we are going to setup in the future and today with a control panel, in which we can control all ad zones and traffic partners. This way we dont need to login in every back end of every website in the future if we want to change something globally. Also i think this control panel will add a nice value to the business.

It will add some extra developing time, but that isnt a issue for me

So also had some thinking about not only generating organic traffic, but also with getting traffic by buying hardlinks from other tube websites. Because the first website isnt a niche website, but just regular i'm not planning on buying hardlinks from a niche website. My budget is $200 for multiple hardlinks on site's for 1 year.

Update: 08-06-2018
Today the build of the control center and the template is being started! When i have screenshots, i will share them! If you got tips (definitely for SEO, ping me :D )

We already are going to do at least 1 thing, and thats creating a video title rewriter, this could also be a nice addition to the business.

Update: 11-06-2018
So today we officially started the build of the first website. We decided that all websites will be having a secured connection, is shows of trust and its safe. We also decided to add a pornstars database of 40K with profile pictures and some personal info from the pornstars like height/weight extra information. We believe the more content we can deliver and the higher the quality is, the better we will integrated at the search engines.

I guess you mean just buy and re-sell the traffic?
My initial plan is to create organic traffic or traffic by buying hardlinks for now. I think it will add more value to the website and company to have that kind of traffic instead of re-sell traffic which every company can do of course.

I'm hearing lot of adult site owners have all a unique IP for every site they own? is this something SEO related im wondering? or just for safety measures?

Perhaps some smart guys/gils can help me over here regarding the meta-tags and SEO tips? For now we are planning on having this added:


1. Unique title for every video (using title rewriter)
2. Every link of a video page needs a ID in the permalink.
3. Meta property's like:
URL
Title of the video
Description (Title and after that, description of the website)
a JPG image deliverd by CDN network
Videe type: <meta property="og:video:type" content="text/html" />
Video duration: <meta property="video:duration" content="1120" />


Any tips?

Work on the SEO on your tube and you will get some traffic steadily. Do not just focus on one way of generating traffic, there are many other ways. Take a look at this article which mentions many free traffic sources: https://mradultaffiliate.com/how-to-get-free-traffic-to-your-adult-website/

So what should be a better move?

1. Buying hardlinks with follow at several adult sites? Not a niche site as mine is also not for a certain niche.
2. Signup at directories? I can easily find over 100 directories to signup to for free?

If you guys have a opinion, let me know :)

I was just reading this: Traffic Factory Review - Mobidea Academy looks interesting however it's a 300 euro starting investment it's all CPC banners.

The good part is you get the advantage of being seen without paying (sort of). Banners generally suck IMHO as far as CTR rates go but you can brand a site and get real type-in traffic, if and only if, the domain name is memorable.

Banner blindness is a proven fact -- banners are actually seen but very rarely clicked.

Yeah banners never worked out great for me during my mediabuying career... I rather buy Popunder traffic or skimmed indeed. $100 min or 300$ aint no issue.

Good tip, i was indeed planning to make a LP without GA on it, needs to be some really interesting clickbait LP so they continue to the website
 
Its taking a bit longer then anticipated, but that isnt bad :) we rather go online once everything is good, instead of to fast and when to work is done for 50% ... Good news is that the theme is done for 90% and the portal is also active but still under construction. I spoke with the developer and we want to be ready this upcoming saturday, ofcourse their will be some fine tuning of the portal/website, but when its ready i will push some screenshots live on this thread :)
