Magic checker help

I'm a little confused about using magic checker. So i registered in mahic checker and setup my first campaign there. I downloaded the index.php for my campaign and now I'm confused what to do next should i create a new campaign on my tracker for it or i should just put the uploaded index.php to the traffic source ( if i do rhis how will i track my visitors who visited mt safe LP)
