You could try MaxWeb or ClickBank, they both have good Nutra offers and solid US traffic.

Can you let me know the reason here?
Don't know, they reached us as saying they were direct advertiser for nutra, we pushed their offers and now they denied to response, the last they mentioned was they were closing their affiliate program by the end of this month. They mentioned all of our due would be paid and after that they're gone.
I hate these loser just show up as an direct advertiser just to gain trust and after making money, they just disappears!
