Looking for Good PLR's for LOA

Hello Everyone,
I'm starting to get people on my mailing list. I'm looking for good PLR's that deal with the Law of Attraction.
When sending out newsletters to promote products or gain trust, is it a rule of thumb to send out one a week?
Also, when just starting out how long or when do you know it's time to start promoting another product?
One more thing I promise. Are we allowed to promote educational or free tools that have no affiliate affiliation? Or, I don't stand to gain monetary value for recommending them?

I can answer the last Q for you. Sure we are fine with you mentioning helpful free tools, just can't link to your own site or use an affiliate link. Since you don't have 10 posts yet the forum won't let you post a link, so you just have to leave off the http://www. part of the link.
