Looking For Looking for B2B Lead Generators

You have pretty much asked this in many other threads. You have an abundance of others and myself providing direction for this. To recruit affiliates, you must go to where the affiliates gather. Recruiting is a skill, a developed skill.

You have a program and affiliate portal setup from what I read on another post of yours. Now you need to put yourself out there as an affiliate recruiter. Affiliate forums are a great place for this, social groups is another. In the end, once you make contact, you have to sell them on yourself, then sell them on your company, and then sell them on your business model. Sell them on those three elements and they'll be interested in running test campaigns to see if they produce.

Keep in mind that you will need to be competitive and for those affiliates you do recruit, they should have experience. Launching a new affiliate program requires experienced affiliates. Newbies are not a good target for a new affiliate program. In fact, affiliate programs are difficult for newbies. Whereas affiliate network offers are typically more forgiving and have greater support through very experienced affiliate managers that know how to "groom" them for the affiliate marketing aspects required to succeed.

If you want to recruit here, you must be a registered and approved vendor in our resources area.

Get registered and give it a try. You have to start somewhere. Don't limit yourself either, do this on several platforms. Find them, engage them, recruit them. It's all about building a relationship.

You might find it helpful to get the idea of what T J Tutor said above by checking out some of our vendor listings. You'll notice that the most successful companies listed here are very engaged with community members on a daily, or near daily, basis. They create really helpful, actionable posts, answer member questions. They also update their listings with their latest program or network offers. They're visible and engaged.

It may be possible for you to work via adding your offer(s) to an existing affiliate network, piggyback on their hundreds or thousands of affiliates base, most (or at least many) of which will be highly experienced and proven earners. Naturally, there would be some kind of cost but I don't know even ballpark what that would be. So, you might want to do a bit of networking and research, see if that sounds like something you want to do. It could possibly be a faster and easier approach for you, though I don't know if you could run your program at the same time. I'm unfamiliar with the behind-the-scenes stuff like that.

Do a bit of checking to see what our program vendors do, check out what any of the active vendors do, so you get a feel for what might work for you and your company.

Don't limit yourself either, do this on several platforms.
There are about a bazillion platforms now. Lots of affiliate forums, as well. Well, lots more than there used to be, anyway. It can keep you very busy, @Andrii K-Skin Wholesale. But done right, can prove successful for you.

Get registered and give it a try.
I agree. Usually, the best teacher is experience.

I can't remember if any of us posted the registration information for you, so here it is: Official - How To Get Your Resource Listed

Good luck with it, Andrii.

How can I attract lead generators to work on a commission-only basis?
Great question — attracting lead generators on a commission-only basis is totally possible, but it takes the right mix of trust, transparency, and upside.

Here are a few tips that have worked for others:

1. Have a high-converting offer: No one wants to drive traffic to something that doesn’t convert. Showcase real data (EPC, CR, etc.) if you can.
2. Make commissions worth it: If you’re not paying upfront, the reward must be compelling. Rev-share, tiered payouts, bonuses — make the potential clear.
3. Use proof and testimonials: Share case studies or even short success stories of other affiliates who made it work.
4. Be transparent with tracking: Use a solid platform (like Voluum, RedTrack, or even your own dashboard) so affiliates know they’re getting credited.
5. Be present: Answer questions fast, build rapport, and stay in touch — especially early on. Trust is everything with commission-based models.
