Landing page script?

I have an adult niche membership site that I want to promote. Is it possible to upload an Adult Dating landing page and put a redirect script somewhere that sends a surfer to my Dating lander when they attempt to leave the site.
My thinking is make the most of my traffic., but not sure if its technically possible. Is there a Dojo member with a working example of this?
