How to use landing page and link provided that lead to that landing page ? can I use that domain path provided by network through google ads? how to edit that if I want?
and account suspension issue exist or not? It is nutra offer not belong to adult category?

1. You can't edit the link to a page on a server you do not own (or have access to).
2. "Redirects within the same domain are allowed, but cross-domain redirects in the final URL will result in ad disapproval."

The only solution is to get the offer owner to make a redirect for you on their server

302 ^/landing/page/name => //example.com/lp.htm?aid=affiliateid&n=nasty&too=long&link=ugly (<example and not real server code)

permanent pretty/URL tracking/URL; that idea

The problem is in how it will set your affiliate code tracking and accreditation? -- make sure that is working right before using any redirect link on the target server.
