Three things of value I see here;

1. These CPA offers peak fast and then have diminishing returns
2. Most successful campaigns are not translated multilingual (market languages) and money is left on the table
   
3. Keyword bidding and ad placement bidding has been jacked up by too many inexperienced affiliates
