issue with booking Affiliate

Hello,
I'm experiencing a very annoying issue with booking support.
They suddenly stopped issuing credit slips and paying me my commissions after i update my bank account details. Their affiliate support is a ticket system where you should wait 10-20 days before anyone pleases to answer you. First they answered me that they were experiencing some technical difficulties. I'm not paid for three months. My second ticket is still with no answer after 15 days of waiting. And there is no any sign that they will pay for the current, third month.
Their affiliate program is very profitable for me. But the support is awful.

Anyone with the same problem?

I have the same issue. What bank are you using? I switched mine to Wise and since then have not been receiving my credit slips and the numbers on the credit slips are wrong too. Are they at least getting back to your support requests?

Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved yet and it has been five months.

It's pretty strange for such a big company that they delay with the payment so long, and I really hope that you managed to solve the problem until now. But in case that you will have to write them again, the best would be either to try to call them directly on the phone or to describe in much detail as you can the issue you are facing in order to get a more precise answer and to hurry up the process a bit.

The best thing to do is to quit this affiliate program. I had a lot of problems with them, their support worth nothing. I wouldn't recommend this affiliate program. They sent me an email that something is wrong and some reservations were not attributed to my account because they made some mistakes, but they will send me the money. There a 5 months and I didn't see any money.
