is there any copyright issue if i share a video which be belongs to some one else

I found some of the copyright content available on youtube, if i direct a link to that video, will it be a copyright violation for me ?

It depends on how you want to use that video. If you want to embed that video on your blog to help your readers then sure you can do that. But if you want to upload that video to Youtube or any other video streaming website then it's a violation of copyright and you might get banned.
