I agree with past posts, of course. But just to add an another element to this debate, which came up in a conversation last week.

The use of social media and its various tools will depend essentially on the type of business you have and audience, both for the strategy and in etiquet, for example, one of the things we debated was the "privacy" of new tools like "LIVE feeds".

In some cases there may be backlash from not using social media tools correctly. So its good to know when social media is useful and when it could become an issue.
