Is my niche a good one?

I've just signed up a couple of days ago and began browsing the forums and learning a bit more about what you guys do. I think it's awesome.

I've had this idea of starting a blog about psychology and self-help for a while now, but am unsure if this niche would be well suited for affiliate marketing. I'd love to hear your opinions on that.

I am no expert. It is however the topic that most interests me. I would like to share my opinions on various ideas related to human emotions and how one can become a better person. I would do this through articles on a blog and I started wondering if there ever would be any money to be made there.
