Just wondering what you guys would regard as "average" in the following categories for those of you who manage an inhouse affiliate program.
As a percentage of your total affiliate pool, how would you rate the following?
1) Super Affiliates - these guys make good money off your program every month.
2) Solid Affiliates - constant sales, but perhaps not quite to super affiliate stage. These guys are the plodders.
3) Poor affiliates - these guys make the occassional sale.
4) Non perfomers - no sales at all.
