Hello, i have an email list contain 150.000 email and a sendgrid account, after I did my DNS CHECKING I found only 29.000 email valid, now i need a to see if this 29k emails really valid, I need a technique that I will send emails free and see if who opened and who bounced and delivered before uploading my email into my sendgrid account to avoid baning it, please can anyone help ??

the email list is from all my companies costumers over years, but when i did the DNS check i found out that most of them change their namedomains or something, so i need to make sure that at least how many delivered emails or open the emails to avoid problems with sendgrid.
Man, if you get from 150k grey list only 29k valid, its shity list

if you interested in traffic from mail
you can use isp for sending 1000 mails, and you see does it active or not
but

I understand, it's on one niche and all emails are for hotel managers which mean if i have only 10k true mails it's a good usse for me, thank you for your advice.
