I got some hot leads bur i don't know where to sell it.These are Car Loans Leads, pre-sales.The leads are all from Canada.Can you give me any advice?

Are those leads DOI as per CASL rules?

Why don't you don't use your list to promote CPA offers? You could monetize with loan and insurance leads, maybe more.
