I’m promoting dating smartlink (worldwide).
What traffic method do you recommend for beginners?

Traffic is not separated in that fashion. You do not select traffic as a beginner that is different than a more experienced marketer. You select a traffic source based on funnel type, demographics, geo location, and offer.

What you're saying makes a lot of sense; traffic isn't classified by experience level, but by compatibility with the offer.

Keep in mind that for dating smartlinks, the most practical approach would be to start with a single, well-segmented source (push ads, pop-ups, or social ads) and test by country (very important), device, and time of day to find, so to speak, "the angle that converts." The problem isn't choosing beginner traffic, but structuring a test that gives you real data without burning through your budget.
