Happy to be able to interact here with what i call the 3rd element.
Being 16 years into livecam industry
as studio owner in both Romania and Ukraine
as consultant for sites, big and little, startups etc
as consultant for other livecam suppliers

Element 1 > platform
Element 2 > content | models & studios
Element 3 > traffic, you guys !

About the 3rd Element, i want to talk to you guys and learn from you...
get info and maybe deals to get high converting adult dating & camtraffic for our
new gamechanging concept.

14 months of work, till today to get 2 out of 3 needed elements !

As said in my introduction to this community, in cams, it is all depending of having
the 3 needed elements simultaneously in place !

The chicken and the egg.

Through our experience on the field, we 've learned about :

> a big need, huge wish, of the models & studios to take charge of their own future.
> they work for 16 years for big players.
> now that the market is getting saturated, those big players ask more and more from their "content" > refer / exclusive / white labels / etc...
All to increase revenue for the big players, while models & studios do the actual core job !

We have put in place our solution to offer them :

> to create their own site, their own brand, low entry Saas offer
> webrtc streaming solution, from any device to any device
> where they can decide which format : Freemium, Premium, or combination
> where they decide prices, actions, incentives, whatever : they decide !
> where they share models with each other = thousands of models online
but they decide page-ranking ! (own models or preferred niche)
> 75% pay out for own models on own site (growing if billing goes down by volume)
> 37,5 % pay out for own models on other site (growing if billing goes down by volume)
> 37,5 % pay out for other models on own site (growing if billing goes down by volume)
> where their clients, remain their clients ! (other than in white labels where whales vanish)
> where they have a voice and power to share opinions
> where they have dedicated real live support, "manned" by ex-models

Market Research on the field (direct personal contact) learned us that 80% of the models
& studios are ready to join CamBox...
IF...we can add the 3rd element, the right traffic !
Sure, of course they will "guide" their regulars towards their own site, but they want more !

We want to add "packages" of traffic, which models & studios can buy with a click !
Will they want to buy traffic ?
Of course they do ! Models & studios are ready to spend, if it makes them able to go
straight to their clients, against these offered conditions !

So, yes, I went out there,
to talk to the usual suspects : the top 20 of Traffic companies.

My request was the following : we will now launch 4 sites. 3 "studios" from mixed GEO (1 Ru-speaking Region / 1 Romanian / 1 Colombian) sharing their models with each other insure representative content. The 4th site will be a general site where all are, of course also online. Are you interested, to send us 3 months of all kind of traffic, to test this case-study, at rev-share performance based conditions ? All we need is to come to "packages" which we then, can offer to our clients to buy from you, direct.
All revenue you make later from these sales, are yours (we won't ask any commission for the first year). Knowing, we aim for 500 clients, these are together, the biggest clients ever.

From 20, 5 responded, 3 really talked, none responded to be willing to offer us the case-study traffic against rev-share conditions.

Let me resume : 15 did not even answer !
2 sent me a general answer, 3 really talked but were not ready to discuss rev-share.

That shocked me really and made me think & have a look at how things are really being done in this "traffic-world".

Now, here in this magnificent forum, I read a lot.
Seems to me, you guys are in kind of the same position as models & studios.
You all work hard and supply the traffic-companies, right ?

Nothing against it of course, it is how the system works !
But you people get paid by result right ? You guys, you get on performance.
Am I right ?

Now I am reaching out to you, me, being a total dummy on traffic.
You can make fun of me, or think I am being naive, whatever...
But I think, here must be people, who understand the "need" of this concept for models & studios, and I believe, here are people, who can supply the traffic we need.

High quality, converting dating / adult-dating traffic for our case-study at rev-share.
And more over : after the case-study, which is not a test, but simply to go out there with our stats to show and add client after client to CamBox, we will be of course very faithful & thankful to those helping out on our case-study ! (read : exlcusivity / better deal / whatever)

Do I need to repeat the potential ?
2000 studios / 15 000 models

My opinion, what we need is :
- or a specialist who can bring such traffic-partners
- or a company who is willing to bring such traffic (first at rev-share/later the packages)
- or ? an affiliate network with both in house ...specialist and means to bring traffic...

Again...the chicken and the egg !
IF we succeed to get the 3 elements simultaneously together into CamBox,
it will disrupt the market and models & studios will have charge of their future !

Who can help us getting that 3rd element ?

A big thanks yet to @Graybeard to brainstorm with me on the matter !
And yes, imagine, bringing yet an ICO into it to lower costs & risks yet more
= pay-out could go up to 90% !

Also keep your post to the point;
  • I don't think that there are any models or studios here -- skip that.
  • If the request to to buy traffic -- it has to be to your own business and not for resale onto a network. Not a traffic brokering type arrangement -- sort of a grey area here (that's up to the admin).
