With only $1000, it's kind of a gamble if you don't have any experience but give it a shot if you're confident about it.

Hello, Charlez.

I'm just experimenting with 1000$'s even negative ROI don't bother me. Just want to know where to get started with.

Hi, I think you should have to hire digital marketing expert who can handle your campaign better but if you want to learn by yourself then I think you can watch some tutorials on youtube by the top marketers who have already explained that how you should start your campaign on Google Adwords.

Goodluck!

Hey @mallimastan , read the thread title and post it. This is intro thread of members not some shout out ... moving the thread.

BTW , The last thing some one do is ask others what to with there money. By putting money as commodity very very very rarely few earned and quickly lost also .. So be little careful , doing so you may loose the true passion you may have.

Best wishes...

Welcome to AffiliateFix!

Before spending your money, lets's get you on the right track so you can make the most of it.

First of all, you are new to all of this. So, you are not ready for any course yet. What you need is some study time, research time, and some small investments in the tools you will require.

Follow the advice below. The content of this advice is based on what all of us that earn daily had to finally do to get our businesses running and to get them stable with steady income.

Do it and flourish. Don't do it and you will run around in circles spending and never earning.

Everyone has to start somewhere. Be active in this community, ask loads of questions, make the proper investments, take action, and be committed. That's how it gets done!

Use this forum as a mentor. It's full of members at every level of experience which makes for many balanced perspectives for a Newbie to learn from. Take the time to read through the forums here and see for yourself that the Newbies achieving success have actually dedicated themselves to success in this industry and reaping the rewards by following the advice of fellow AffiliateFix members, being dedicated to success, putting the time in, and making the necessary investments. You cannot shortcut the learning curve. It goes slower for some and it goes faster for others. Everyone has their own intellectual absorption rates, skill development pace, commitment level, and budgets.

You are a FIX'er now and that means you have the world at your feet with IM. Here are a few suggestions:

Read and learn through extensive reading in this community. Select one vertical. one tracker, and one traffic source. Learn from your fellow members here to master each one of them (a couple of months). Then you can expand and replicate your successes.

As a Newbie, you need to read, study, invest, and implement. Perseverance, dedication, and taking action are the cornerstones of the success you will obtain.

Read
Read through the various areas of the forum to learn about the types of marketing available for your new business. Make a list of all the types of marketing and take some notes along the way. Then determine which area of marketing with which you will start your journey.

Do this to select an area of marketing to start, as well, do this to select a tracker, a traffic source, and to select a vertical.

Then read up on the affiliate networks and select two to begin with that will serve your needs and the types of offers you would like to promote. Put your application in and they will call you for an interview. Be professional and be prepared to answer some questions about how you will promote offers, do you have a website, are you a Newbie, etc. Please note, if you join the Dojo, we have a thread there that can offer assistance in getting accepted to some of the networks.

Study
Now that you have selected a basis to begin, read all of the threads in this forum that relate to your initial selections so that you have a rudimentary understanding of their features and benefits.

Invest
You will require some investment. A VPS server, domains, traffic, landing pages, etc. You will need a budget for daily, weekly, and monthly expenses. This will change over time and you will need to update it often so that you know exactly what your costs and earnings are.

Implement
This is where it all starts to earn. You must now begin to implement what you have established as your foundation for your business.

Here is some advice and guidance that will help you establish your initial goals:

Make sure you complete the following first.

Every business needs:

1. a plan
2. a schedule for research, learning, and execution
3. a budget.

Remember to read through our WIKI and get to know the basics as well as some of the buzz words in the industry.

I also recommend reading the following thread:

As a Newbie, What Stops You From Getting Started

Here is a set of immediate goals:

1. Get a VPS
2. Select a vertical
3. Select a tracker
4. Select a couple of networks and get your approval
5. Select a traffic source
6. Create a schedule for researching, learning (training), and working. This is a business, treat it as such!
7. Create a budget for every expense (daily, weekly, monthly)
8. Be very active in this forum by researching, asking questions, helping others when you are able.

Check out the new enhanced membership option here as it is full of great tools and features.

Remember This! : Nothing has to be perfect before you start. Read & study, but invest and implement at the same time. You cannot learn all of it from reading and studying. A great deal of your learning comes from implementing!

Good Luck!

I don't know where else in this world some one give such detailed information for free of cost. You are awesome. Take a bow. Thank you.

I would sugest you to not harry up so much on spending the money first learn a little how the process work watch some videos made by people who make money etc .The dont do the mistake to promote only one camping ,i thinkcpa offers promote good with adwords because they can be easy completed .But i am not anexpert its just my opinion ,i think other people can help you more

By default, Google & Bing are setup to earn them the most amount of money. DO NOT USE DEFAULTS!!!

I happened to be one of the unlucky souls that lost their Adwords account for one of those mass updated TOS bans from years back. However, since Bing copies a lot from the Goog, here's some of my recommendations.

  • Pick 5 to 10 "root keywords" for your campaign.
  • Use an ad group for each "root keyword".
  • Use SKAGS (single keyword ad groups) using a combination of BMM+ (broad match modifier), phrase and exact match of the root keyword
Example:
Ad Group WORK AT HOME (root keyword)
+work +at +home (broad match modifier root keyword)
"work at home" (phrase match root keyword)
[work at home] (exact match root keyword)

  • Segment your campaign by where it's displayed (turn off Syndicated Search Partners & Native, but use
Bing, Yahoo & AOL Search Network Only).
  • Make sure "Worldwide: Show ads to people worldwide who want to do business in your selected locations." isn't selected. (If you geotarget your ads, this ensures people outside of the target area aren't shown your ads)
  • Use Bing's UET conversion tagging if possible.
  • If your lander(s) and/or offer page(s) aren't mobile responsive, decrease mobile traffic by 100%.
  • Always, always, always have a strong call to action of what you actually want the visitor to do on the resulting page in the ad.
  • Don't use Accelerated Delivery.
  • Don't fret too much about ad position. Worry about ROI. It doesn't mean a hill of beans if you have the #1 spot with a negative ROI.
  • Set a daily budget of say $5 to $10. Prune keywords.
  • Be on the lookout for impressions/no click keywords and clicks/no conversion keywords. The former can effect QS (Quality Score) and the latter can waste your ad spend.
  • Use "Optimize For Clicks" at the beginning.
  • If you have to make a change anywhere in your campaign, make sure it's only one change. Test the change. If positive, keep it. Negative, revert and test something else.
  • If you add a new ad to your ad group, change to "Show Better Performing Ads More Frequently" so as to not slow down your profitable ads when testing new ads.
  • Have About, Contact, Disclosure, FAQ, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Terms Of Service pages. Footer links are the best location.
That's just a few things I can think of off the top of my head.
