Member upgrades must be purchased with a PayPal account associated with the email you registered as a member. That is why you were not automatically upgraded. That's how the PayPal API works and our instructions and their instructions clearly state this when you are in the upgrade payment portal. You either ignored those instructions or didn't bother to read them.

You will need to provide me with the email address associated with your PayPal account before I manually upgrade you. The image above does not provide that email.
