How to make landing pages?

As i m completely newbie in this IM field but learning very fast by reading this forums every thread weather its cpc,ppv and many more.i want to know from seniors that how to make landing pages as i don't know abcd about this.Should i just visit the any advertiser landing page and copy its whole image and host it to the free image hosting sites like image shake or just pick pictures from net and edit them in ms office paint and one more thing how to make clickable tab in the landing pages.if you have any guide related to landing pages basics to advance level then please share it with me.

Go to youtube.... search "how to make a landing page" or google the same term.... plenty of FREE info out there you just got to "SEARCH IT OUT"......

Well i am web designer and developer . If u do need help just send me a PM . I can help u with that or u can try out instapage.com. They have a nice tool to drag and drop and create pages . But come with price. Or as @bountyhunter told u can try out in youtube or google search
