How to get visitors to my youtube channel?

I have you tube channel named JB Toon Adventures. Can any one suggest me how to get organic visitor to my channel?

There are videos not much older than 2 months that have over 1K views

Are the videos unique to your channel and do you know how many organic visitors you currently get each week?
