How to choose starting Traffic Source for Mobile Marketing

As a beginner, for testing campaigns, should I choose a lowest bid traffic source and highest quality traffic source to begin with.

There is big different, which for sure, the highest quality traffic will give a better result, but the budget for testing is going to be very very high also.

It would be much easier to answer this question if you gave a list of traffic sources and asked which one to go for. In my experience, quality of the traffic source is very subjective. If the traffic source was low quality and worked for no one, they would be soon out of business.

And the offer I'd like to test is a DDL for Asian countries (non-incentive).

For DDL offers, I like using Pop traffic since it cheaper and payouts on DDL offers are not very high.

You will find it hard to get a DDL offer approved on some traffic sources. I personally prefer to run those sorts of offers on popup or redirect traffic.
