How to change website Server Ip Location?

do you have any idea how we can change the server local from one country to another?

I think that zend2.com is free to change website server ip location.

A geo ip database will show the country code that the IP is assigned too.
You can't change this or fool it, the only way for your IP to show up in another country is to go and host the website there.
