How to Backup MySQL Database?

I have created a website on my local server using Wordpress and I need to know how to backup (export) my database. Anyone on here know how?

First, the question was about backing up a database, not backing up your personal data.

Second, I wouldn't recommend Acronis for anything. Google it - their software is a nightmare.
