How many hours a day do you allocate yourself when working on your websites?

I dont have a time frame for work on my site, if I have anything to do on the site, I just do it.

as much time as i can spare usually about an hour in the morning while I'm waiting foor my hair to dry.

Similarly to Lovely i work only if i have something to do. Since i have some websites i found everytime something that might be improved.

Usually blogging is the most time demanding in my webmaster being that requires a lot of time to compile something that may worth backlinking.

For me Its quite tough to allocate time for a particular site. When I do something I do that completely, then only look I at my watch to know how much time it has taken.
